Taljaard Uaputauka is a Namibian consultant, policy analyst, and social entrepreneur committed to practical solutions that improve education, digital safety, and community wellbeing. He is the founder of TJF Investments CC, a platform for building tools and programs that support teachers, learners, and everyday users who need clear guidance and reliable systems.
Taljaard leads several education and technology initiatives, including SmartHub Namibia, an e learning platform that helps creators design, publish, and sell courses and ebooks, with a strong focus on growing local content and supporting local languages. He also developed Teacherbot, a curriculum aligned classroom support tool that helps educators plan lessons and assessments more efficiently, and NamShield, a cyber safety tool that checks links, phone numbers, and emails, then explains results in plain language so users can make safer decisions online.
His work extends beyond software. Taljaard facilitates leadership and skills development sessions for schools, supports learners and educators through structured training, and contributes to policy related discussions and planning around responsible AI use. He is an internationally certified life coach and brings a people first lens to his programs, especially where confidence, decision making, and learner support are needed. He is also a menstrual health and hygiene management advocate and supports awareness and practical access initiatives.
